Gua Sha & Face Roller
Gua Sha is the best tool for ironing out facial tension and stress, especially in the jaw. It is known for promoting blood flow that will nurture the skin from within.
The Roller is a soothing and relaxing tool perfect for calming the skin after Gua Sha or Cupping, or for softening fine lines and wrinkles.
-
Cryo Globes
Cold therapy for the body is popular for athletes to calm inflammation and boost immunity. Similarly, it is used for the face to calm puffiness and water retention, reduce redness or large pores, and motivate collagen production. An incredibly refreshing tool that should be stored in the refrigerator (not freezer) for best results.
-
Acupressure
Acupressure, rooted in Chinese medicine, stimulates unique points on the face to target relaxation throughout the body. Perfect for those who are overly in their heads (intellectual jobs, anxiety, high stress, headaches etc).
-
Scalp Massage
Ideal for relaxing your scalp and bringing circulation to hair roots for thicker, more luxurious strands. A Japanese study showed that 4 minutes of scalp massage daily can significantly promote hair growth. Also incredible for relaxation.
-
Lymphatic Drainage
Facial dry brushing will activate your lymphatic system, which plays a major role in skin radiance. If the lymphatic system doesn’t flow and drain effectively, the lymph nodes can become congested, and this can manifest as dull, puffy, or dry skin—or even acne or clogged pores. Because of the lighter strokes, this is an incredibly relaxing tool for the nervous system as well.
-
Facial Cupping
Facial cupping is perfect for dull skin and really makes the skin more plump! It goes even further than Gua Sha in promoting blood circulation by using a suction. The suction also creates a controlled mini-trauma in the skin which prompts a natural healing process in the skin. It also relaxes and tones the muscles in your face, boosts collagen production and stimulates your lymphatic system. This is the best tool for lip volume.
